Wireless TV Mounting: Pre-wiring for TV mount & assembly, elite cable management (in-wall concealment), LED backlight, device mounting & concealment, floating wall shelf Virtual Meeting: Equip meeting areas with video conferencing equipment to enable high quality virtual meetings IoT: Complete IoT system pre-wiring (Thermostat, etc) Existing Construction Package: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Targeted for businesses that have recently moved into new office space or looking to upgrade workplace infrastructure. Everything in existing packages plus: Motion Picture – Procure high level Audio/Video equipment for high level content creation ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Process: Once you book a meeting, this is what you can expect to happen next. 1. The first telephone discovery meeting aims to understand the business's infrastructure problems, what it wants, and what it needs. A date will be set to survey the area(s) that will need to be improved during this meeting. 2. An in-person inspection enables us to evaluate the space, determine the equipment you will need to complete the project, and finalize the needs. A second meeting will be held to explain the solution and what it will require. After an examination has been completed, our team will create a proposal and an invoice based on the discussion. 3. Choosing the date(s) for the work to be completed - our team reserves a date on the calendar for them to come out and complete the infrastructure improvements. Depending on the scope and scale of the project, this process may take 24 hours or 14 business days to complete.
